CAMPING AND CAMPER CABINS Get away from it all in one of our three individual or group campgrounds.  Tents and small trailers are welcome in our main campground, secluded in a heavily-wooded area with 11 sites offering tent pads, fire rings and picnic tables for just $20/night per tent or trailer.  Limited electrical hookups are available for $4 extra.   Be sure to bring plenty of water for cooking, cleaning and fire management!  Stay for one night or up to three weeks.  (2-night stays encouraged but not required on summer weekends.) Two group sites can accommodate large  and small groups, troops, clubs and families.  The Celebration Meadow can accommodate a limited number of vehicles and up to 50 tents in a large, open meadow near the Outdoor Chapel/Classroom with a group campfire ring and picnic tables.  Or choose the heavily-treed Hilltop Group Camp for tents and small trailers.  Cost is $20/tent/night with a $250 minimum.  Limited electricity is available for $4/user/night.  Want a bit more shelter and comfort?  Eight camper cabins can accommodate between 5-10 people each for $75 the first night, $55 thereafter.  Cabins 1-3 provide even more comfort for couples or families with double or queen beds, bunks, dressers, tables and chairs.  Cabins have electricity, open air window closures, and picnic tables with nearby campfire rings, pit toilets and porta-potties.  Bring your own linens, water and cooking equipment.  For information, call 303-697- 8123. WEDDING VENUES Whether you dream of an intimate ceremony under a forest canopy or an elegant indoor celebration complete with fine dining, music and multimedia presentations, your dreams can come true at Conifer Community Park at Beaver Ranch’s rustic but beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding venues.  Our outdoor chapel can seat 130 or more in a forest clearing under towering conifer trees.   A forested hillside is the backdrop for the new altar, where the bride and groom will be beautifully framed under an arched trellis.   The adjacent Celebration Meadow offers ample room for a large tented reception or cocktail hour, or you may choose to move the party to our Main Lodge or Tipi Lodge for a reception complete with kitchen, dining, dancing and bar areas.   Alcohol service is permitted with a certificate of insurance, and the park has no restrictions on your catering or food service.  Our congenial staff will work with you to assure that your wedding arrangements are as stress-free as possible, and we’ll refer you to local vendors who can assist with wedding planning and organization, catering, bar tending, DJ service, equipment rentals and much more.  Call 303-697-8123 today for information! CONFERENCE AND MEETING FACILITIES Your guests will feel refreshed and rejuvenated when you book you conference, workshop, meeting or service at one of our two rustic lodges. The Main Lodge can accommodate up to 150 people on two levels, and its large picture windows frame a view of forested hills and open meadows.  The upstairs room can accommodate approximately 90 people seated around tables, and has a large commercial kitchen for catering and cafeteria-style service.  The lower level has a meeting room and children’s nursery/classroom areas, as well as restroom facilities with showers.  The lodge can accommodate youth or rustic adult retreats with mattresses that can be placed on the floor. The unique Tipi Lodge has been remodeled with a tongue-and-groove wood paneled ceiling and woodgrain vinyl floor.  It can accommodate 40 people for meetings and receptions.  Secluded in a forested glen, it provides a serene place for retreats, workshops, classes, reunions, worship services, and private parties. Rental prices cover for both lodges cover the cost of the facility as well as parking, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and place settings.
